Description:
After having participated in all of the lessons surrounding PLM, students will use their journals and existing projects to discuss what the message of PLM truly is. Students will then work in small groups to create materials to educate other students on their favorite lesson/topic or most important skill they learned while at LHI.

Instruction:
1.Students will break into groups no larger than 4 and agree on a topic they wish to educate other students on from the PLM curriculum.
2.Students will brainstorm ideas on what the most important “take aways” from the lesson are and will make sure to document those standards.
3.Students will create some sort of media presentation (powerpoint, book, video, etc.) covering the “take aways”
4.Students will rehearse their presentations and will be able to answer why they feel their topic has changed their lives and how they will continue to use the lessons they learned at LHI in their daily lives.
5.After presentations students will write a reflection on how PLM has changed their view on the topic of Diabetes and Obesity. What specifically will they use at home? How will they make sure that they keep the lessons from PLM in the front of their minds?
